Customers earn Southside Rewards through qualifying purchases, signing up for the loyalty program, and other earning opportunities announced from time to time on our website.

Rewards are redeemed at a fixed rate set by Southside Nutrition. The current rate is 10 Southside Rewards = 1 PKR.
Example: 5,000 Southside Rewards = 500 PKR discount.

Rewards are earned at a fixed rate set by Southside Nutrition on every order.
The current rate is 1 PKR spent = 1 Southside Rewards
Example: 5,000 PKR order = 5,000 Southside Rewards

Rewards are redeemed as discount vouchers issued through the Southside Nutrition website. Each voucher carries an expiry date and must be used before it lapses.

Vouchers are non-transferable and tied to the account of the original purchaser only.

Rewards are only credited once an order is successfully delivered. If a delivery fails or is returned (for example, due to the customer being unavailable), the associated points will remain pending until resolved.

Southside Nutrition reserves the right to introduce a rewards expiry policy in the future, with notice provided on this page.

Accounts with no purchase activity for 12 consecutive months may be marked inactive and suspended from the loyalty program.

Southside Nutrition has sole discretion to resolve any disputes related to rewards earning, balances, or redemption. Customers may reach out to our support team for help with any loyalty account issue.

Rewards are credited to the account linked to the email address used at checkout. Please use the same email associated with your loyalty account when placing an order.

This program applies only to purchases made through our online store.

Southside Nutrition reserves the right to set and adjust the points-earning rate, eligibility rules, and redemption value at any time.
